Enduring Value Investments
About Us
Enduring Value Investments (EVI) is a self-funded search investment vehicle that seeks to provide business owners with a path to step back from day to day operations and realize the wealth they’ve created. Post acquisition, EVI’s Managing Partner will collaborate with business owners over a 3 - 6 month period to fully transition responsibilities so he’s well positioned to manage daily business operations. EVI is passionate about ensuring the culture fostered over the history of the business remains intact.
EVI’s Managing Partner has extensive operational and financial experience, with an eye towards driving efficiency and unlocking avenues for growth. As a result, EVI has garnered investment interest from executives and investors who have an established track record of operating and building businesses. Through EVI’s long term hold strategy, we plan to thoughtfully and intentionally build high caliber durable businesses.
We’re excited about the opportunity to work with business owners who desire to preserve their legacy and transition ownership to a team that is invested in the future success of their business.
